The Senior Advisory Council (SAC) is a group of the County Executive Committee (CEC) that is charged with making decisions on the operations of the Montgomery County Democratic Party in between the meetings of the CEC. Meetings of the SAC are open to the public, as are all Montgomery County Democratic Party meetings. The SAC meets bi-monthly in months the CEC does not meet.
